Terms of use

The agreement between you and Prepmeets when you browse, learn or publish here. We have kept it as plain as we can.

1. About these terms

Prepmeets is a marketplace for practical workplace projects. Verified professionals publish guided projects; learners buy or start them, build the work in their own environment and keep the evidence. Prepmeets is operated by WandaPrep Inc. (“Prepmeets”, “we”, “us”).

These terms apply whenever you use prepmeets.com or any of its portals. By creating an account or using the site you agree to them. If you publish projects, the Creator Agreement also applies, and it takes priority on anything to do with earnings and payouts. How we handle personal data is explained in our Privacy policy.

2. Your account

  • You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
  • Give accurate details and keep them up to date. One person, one account — accounts cannot be shared or transferred.
  • Keep your password private. You are responsible for activity on your account; tell us at once at support@prepmeets.com if you think someone else has used it.
  • You can sign in with email and password or with Google. We may email you a code to confirm your address and tell you when your account is used from a new device.

You can close your account at any time from your settings. Purchases, ratings and submissions are kept for our records; your access, bookmarks and progress are removed.

3. Buying and using projects

Prices are shown in pounds sterling and include any fees we charge. Payment is taken at checkout by our payment provider, and access to the project workspace starts as soon as the payment is confirmed. Free projects and sample projects cost nothing to start.

Your licence

When you buy or start a project, you get a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use its content for your own learning and career development for as long as your account is open. You may not:

  • copy, record, screenshot, print, resell, share or publish the project content, in whole or in part;
  • give anyone else access to your workspace or your account;
  • use the content to build a competing course, product or project.

Project content is marked with your account’s email address. We may suspend access where content from your account has been shared.

Your work

You own what you build and the evidence you submit. You give us permission to store it, show it to you, and share it with the project’s professional and our reviewers when you ask for a review. We will not publish your submissions without your consent.

What a project is — and is not

Projects are practical learning exercises based on professionals’ experience. They are not accredited qualifications, and finishing one does not guarantee a job, an interview or any particular result. You build and run the work in your own environment and at your own cost; Prepmeets does not provide or pay for cloud accounts, software or other services a project uses.

4. Refunds

If a paid project is not what you expected, you can ask for a refund within 14 days of buying it. Send the request from Help & support in your account, choosing “Ask for a refund”. We review each request and reply in your support case. If we approve it, the refund goes back to your original payment method and your access to the project ends.

We may decline a request where most of the project has already been used, or where the refund policy is being abused. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights, including your rights where digital content is faulty or not as described.

5. Publishing as a professional

Professionals must pass identity verification before they can publish or be paid, and every project is reviewed by our team before it goes live. We may ask for changes, decline a project, or take a published one off sale if it breaks these terms or our project guidelines.

You keep ownership of the projects you create. By publishing, you give us a worldwide, non-exclusive licence to host, display, market and sell them, and to let learners use them as described above. You confirm the content is your own, does not disclose any employer’s or client’s confidential information, and does not infringe anyone else’s rights.

Commission, payouts and withdrawals are set out in the Creator Agreement.

6. Acceptable use

When using Prepmeets you must not:

  • break the law, or help anyone else to;
  • upload anything unlawful, misleading, abusive or that you do not have the right to share;
  • submit someone else’s work as your own, or post fake ratings or reviews;
  • try to get around payments, access controls or content protection;
  • probe, scrape, overload or interfere with the site, its security or other users’ accounts;
  • contact other users to take a sale or payment off the platform.

To report a project, rating or user, contact support. We review every report and may remove content.

7. Our content and brand

The Prepmeets name, logo, site design and software belong to us or our licensors. Apart from the licence above, these terms do not give you any right to use them.

8. Suspension and closing accounts

We may suspend or close an account, remove content or withhold access to a project where we reasonably believe these terms have been broken, where required by law, or to protect other users or the platform. Where we can, we will tell you why and give you a chance to respond through support. If we close your account without good reason, we will refund any project you bought and could no longer use.

9. Availability and changes to the service

We work to keep Prepmeets available and secure, but cannot promise it will always be uninterrupted or error-free. We may change or withdraw features. A professional may take a project off sale; if you have already bought it, you keep access to it.

10. Our responsibility to you

We are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our breaking these terms or failing to use reasonable care and skill. We are not responsible for loss that was not foreseeable, for business losses, or for costs you incur running a project in your own environment, such as cloud or software charges.

Our total liability to you in connection with a project is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited by law.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the platform changes. If a change materially affects you, we will email you before it takes effect. If you keep using Prepmeets after that, the new terms apply; if you do not agree, you can close your account.

12. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you have a complaint, please contact us first — most problems are solved quickly through support. If you live elsewhere in the UK or the EU, you keep the protection of your local consumer law and can bring a claim in your local courts.
